Deliveries And Returns

Carriage Costs
Delivery is free of charge on orders over the amount of £150 and under that it is a nominal £14.99 including all packaging.

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and delivery service. When you have

added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied or waivered to your order.

Dispatching

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for.

Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods (this will be attacached on the inside of the packaging). 
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before

submitting your order. All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery is usually next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days from the time it is dispatched. Should there be a mismatch of card payment data with the merchant processing there will be a longer period taken for authorisation. Customers will be notified of this when appropriate.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Pictor Gallery shall not be liable for any

losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated

delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer. Goods must be signed for and the name of the signatory clearly written along with the date and time of receipt.

Force Majeure
Pictor Gallery shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered

that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

 Returns
We offer a full 'NO QUIBBLE MONEY BACK' policy on ordered items within a seven day period of the goods being received and signed for 'In Good Condition'. If you need to return a product purchased from Pictor Gallery then you have 7 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods

that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. We send out items flat pack only and with sturdy sealed materials which should reach you in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged you must let us know before opening the order. In such a case we may advise that it is collected and returned.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Pictor Gallery website, or by phoning us on 0161 790 8008
