Signed Mounted Limited Edition of 195

Praying is supplied beautifully mounted and overall it measures approx 32" x 38". It depicts a serene Chinese maiden 'praying for a beautiful life'. The intricate robe in the image would originally have been delicately embroidered and worn for special occassions by ordinary working women of the time. Di Li Feng's astonishing use of textures, technique and colour combine here to create a remarkable work which brings to mind once again all the rythyms and mysteries of old imperial China.
